Method 1 : Edit Web Pages Instantly 

This trick will work only if the download link is on the same page.Sometimes the download link might be fake or sometimes it might be hosted on a different page.To apply this trick you need to have Google chrome browser.

Steps

1. With the survey site opened in chrome,open chrome Dev tools by choosing inspect element from the right click menu.
2. Then find the code for the overlay box.The code usually contains terms like overlay or fancy box so it is easier to find the code.Check the below screenshot for a sample.
   

Method 2 : Extract URLs 

This method will allow you to extract all the links from your survey page.As I mentioned earlier this trick will also not work if the links are hosted on a different page.Give this a try.

Steps

1. Open up chrome Dev tools by choosing inspect element from right click menu.
2. Go to the console tab.
3. Copy-Paste the following code into the text input box.                                                                                       urls = $$('a'); for (url in urls) console.log ( urls[url].href );
4. Hit enter.Now you will see all the links on that particular page.
5. Now look for the download link.Any link ending with .js or .css are not download links.They are externally hosted javascripts and css styles.

 Method 3 : Use Fake Name Generator

If still your survey is locked then try this method.This method is different from others because rather than trying to unlock the survey,we are filling out the form to complete the survey.With fakenamegenerator you can make random name,phone number ,birthday,master card,occupation,company,etc. to fill out the form.
